One day while on a whirl-wind trip of Italy, Amanda decided to share her love of all things scroggin with the world. She had all these new flavour ideas bouncing around in her head - scroggin a la Italy, tropical scroggin... .... ... the list was endless. Once she was back in New Zealand, she decided she would start up a scroggin stall. Now to find a location...

Do us a flavour!
After months of stalling by her agency (it's only a logo and a simple competition mechanic, how long can it take!!!), Amanda was finally ready to unveil her Do Us A Flavour competition to the world.
The logo was created in typical agency style, uncreative and looked like it could have been done in five minutes, but she knew she had to keep her sales up in a post Rugby World Cup world.
She posted her competition all over town, invested in some online banners and even created a facebook page so her fans could post their ideas! Submissions were only open for three weeks, so her fans really needed to get their thinking caps on.
Flavour ideas started to flow in, with ideas like:
Cheesy Garlic Bread - Medical Recruiter Hayley Kyte from Queenstown
Butter Chippin' - born and bred Bay of Plenty Mum, Tiina Sirkku from Ohope
Paua Fritters with Lemon Wedges - Auckland Mum of one Mirta Fagundes dos Santos
Sunday Roast (the crispy bits left in the pan) - New Plymouth family man David Martin
Hold on, isn't this a competition for scroggin flavours?...
